Four hundred guest and bath rooms were renovated including ADA upgrades and corridors. Complete guest room upgades included granite, bath floors, shower surrounds and new FF & E. Public space upgrades included bar and lounge, new front desk, concierge, lobby, ball rooms and pre-function rooms. Twenty-eight foot tall aluminum anodized column enclosures were prefabricated and installed during the lobby renovaiton while operations and hotel use of these spaces continued.
