MICCO performed General Contracting services for a new 3,800 sq. ft. welding lab addition. The project consisted of the demolition of an existing welding lab and the construction of a new steel and masonry structure. It also included the installation of new make-up air units, fire suppression equipment, and new welding booths installed on a heavy-duty metal fiber epoxy floor. MICCO also oversaw the installation of new state-of-the-art welding equipment.
