MICCO has performed construction services for various Star Theatre projects in Southeastern Michigan. The feature project was the new $22,000,000, 21-screen multi-plex facility in Dearborn at the Fairlane Mall. This first multi-plex of its type was completed, ground-up in only 12 months.
The success of this project lead Loeks Star Partners to seek additional budgeting, scheduling and constructability services from MICCO. These services allowed MICCO to help Loeks Star Partners to implement construction and cost saving methods on future Star Theatre projects throughout the US.
Other projects included the new 56,000 square foot, 20-screen, stadium seating theatre in Southfield; the renovation to the 178,000 square foot theatre in Auburn Hills; and the renovation of the 140,000 square foot theatre in Clinton Township
