The Ritz Carlton Hotel and Luxury Condominiums

The 17-story, concrete-frame structure contains 390 hotel rooms topped by 8 floors of 48 luxury condominiums. The project included all amenities, lobbies, ball room, meeting rooms, full-service restaurant and kitchens, pool area and private dining club. NCE companies provided interior and exterior finished including exterior structural metal stud framing, lath and stucco, EIFS, ornamental fiberglass shapes and trims, gypsum drywall systems, shaftwall systems, building insulation and acoustical ceilings. The project was staffed with an on-site management team including a senior project manager, project superintendent and multiple foremen to oversee and direct a crew exceeding 20 hourly tradesment and multiple sub contractors. The work was complete in 14 months.
